i) We affirm that we will consult these voluntary commitments when conducting internal diligence on AI solutions for deployment.
ii) We confirm that we intend to foster responsible AI practices.
iii) We will encourage new developed or adopted solutions to follow responsible, transparent and environmentally safe principles from design inception and throughout model evaluations, deployment and beyond.
iv) Commit to responsible AI: We understand the importance of building AI safely and are committed to incorporating responsible AI practices into building and/or adopting AI within the company and will implement internal governance processes, including a forum for diverse stakeholders to provide feedback on the impact of new products and identify risk mitigation strategies. 
v) We commit to building safe systems putting security first, with tangible methods to protect end user privacy, and invest in the most appropriate cybersecurity solutions to minimize any potential misuse or abuse of our technology.
vi) We document decisions pertaining to our AI solutions (built or adopted) to account for organizational priorities, namely user privacy, safety or security.
vii) We disclose appropriate information to internal and/or external audiences, including safety evaluations conducted including this one, limitations of AI/model use, model’s impact on societal risks (namely, bias, fairness, and discrimination), and the results of testing to evaluate deployment readiness.   
viii) We take reasonable steps to identify potential hazards, risks and benefits of our technologies, covering potential harms in all forms to the end user as well as to the company, and use such assessments to inform executive staff and product development teams within the company to mitigate risks.   
ix) Based on a comprehensive risk-benefit analysis, we will undertake regular testing on each model to maintain alignment with responsible AI principles. 
x) Our testing process will include third party audits of scheduled data and code auditing as well as evaluation of system output, covering bias, harm potentials, discrimination, environmental safety & model performance - with documentation.
xi) Make regular and ongoing improvements: We affirm that we will iterate our models based on audit feedback towards a new version hat incorporates safety and performance suggestions to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.   
xii) We will opt to have Explainability models as part of our auditing process where applicable.
xiii) We will opt to implement recommendations for LLM Hallucinations and Generative AI guidelines where applicable.
xiv) We affirm that we will take all necessary safeguards to protect the privacy, individual integrity and personal data of all users of our AI solution; and to mitigate risks that become known.
